前不久，ARRI根据其微信公众号接到的匿名线索，对一家位于深圳市的小型租赁公司出租假冒ARRI灯具的行为向有关机关进行了举报。深圳市市场监督管理局南山稽管局执法人员在对案件事实做出了大量调查工作之后，在2020年7月对深圳市深华盛文化传媒有限公司侵害ARRI商标权一案进行了现场查处，并于近日对该行政相对人依法作出了行政处罚决定（深市监南罚字【2020】稽84号），认定其行为构成《中华人民共和国商标法》下侵犯注册商标专用权之行为，并对现场查处到的所有假冒ARRI灯具进行了没收。

ARRI’s Brand Protection Work in Shenzhen

Based on information  obtained anonymously through our WeChat public account,
ARRI has reported the case to Shenzhen Nanshan Marketing Supervision Administration. After thorough investigation conducted by the law enforcement officers, a raid action took place on July. Recently the Administration has issued punishment decision against the target company , Shenzhen Shenhuasheng Media Co., Ltd.. The Administration has found the target company’s behavior constitutes infringement upon ARRI’s right to exclusively use of its registered trademark according to the Trademark Law of the PRC, all infringing products were confiscated.
