Important Achievement in ARRI’s
Brand Protection Work

自2018年ARRI宣布开展品牌保护工作起，绝大部分有关侵权产品的匿名线索均与假冒ARRI灯光产品相关。新年伊始，ARRI特别在此通知广大客户及用户，2019年11月28日，上海市徐汇区人民法院就被告人彭某通过其经营的上海瑜融摄影器材有限公司、上海津圻贸易有限公司在上海地区销售假冒ARRI灯光产品案件依法作出判决，徐汇区人民法院判定被告人彭某犯销售假冒注册商标商品罪，没收查获的假冒注册商标商品，判处有期徒刑六个月并处罚金三万元 [ (2019)沪0104刑初1041号]。

Since the announcement of ARRI’s Brand Protection work, most anonymous leads provided were related to counterfeit ARRI lighting products. At the beginning of the new year, ARRI is proud to announce that on November 2019, Shanghai Xuhui District Court has issued a judgement about Mr. PENG selling counterfeit ARRI lighting products through Shanghai Yurong Filming Equipment Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Jinqi Trading Co., Ltd. The Court has found the defendant Mr. Peng in violation of Article 214 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, all counterfeit products were seized and the defendant Mr.PENG was subject to a 6 months imprisonment plus a penalty of RMB 30,000.

In order to reduce the damage caused to the customers and users, as well as the disruption of the market by counterfeit product, ARRI is determined to carry out brand protection activities, the Judgement issued by the Shanghai Xuhui District Court is not only an important milestone for ARRI, but also a testament of the state power to fight intellectual property crime and protect fair market environment.
