ARRI进行品牌保护活动的成果

今年年初，ARRI曾发文告知广大客户及用户有关上海市徐汇区人民法院于2019年底就彭某通过其经营的上海瑜融摄影器材有限公司、上海津圻贸易有限公司在上海地区销售假冒ARRI灯光产品案件依法作出判决一事。

该判决过后，上海市奉贤区人民检察院又继续对该案中的共犯刘某进行了调查并于今年依法对其提起公诉，面对公诉机关确凿的证据，被告人刘某对犯罪事实供认不讳，徐汇区人民法院最终判定刘某构成销售假冒注册商标商品罪，判处有期徒刑六个月，缓刑一年[(2020)沪0104刑初657号]。

ARRI品牌在全球范围内所取得的成就均源于忠诚的客户及终端用户的支持，因此ARRI有义务保护客户及终端用户的投资和信任。为了减少由于侵犯ARRI知识产权行为给客户及用户造成的损害和对市场竞争的不良影响、避免假冒灯具对用户安全带来的潜在危害，ARRI在近几年来一直持续努力地开展着品牌保护工作。

Achievement in ARRI’s Brand Protection Work

At the beginning of this year ARRI has published an article on its WeChat public account about a judgement issued by the Shanghai Xuhui District Court about Mr. PENG selling counterfeit ARRI lighting products through Shanghai Yurong Filming Equipment Co., Ltd and Shanghai Jinqi Trading Co., Ltd.

After the judgement has been issued, People’s procuratorate in Shanghai Fengxian District conducted further investigation against the accomplice in this case, Mrs. LIU, and instituted a public prosecution against her in year 2020. In the face of conclusive evidences presented by the prosecutor, the defendant made full confession to the crime. Xuhui District Court found Mrs. LIU in violation of Article 214 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China and was subject to a 6 months imprisonment with one year probational period.

While we are approaching the coldest season of the year, this judgement issued by the Xuhui District Court has offered us momentum for continuing our brand protection work in coming year.
