【通知】ARRI有关品牌保护活动的通知

在ARRI品牌保护工作开展期间，我们接到了若干在片场发现假冒SkyPanel产品的举报。对此，ARRI China特别于2019年7月通过微信公众号做出了有关假冒SkyPanel的声明，声明中强调了假冒S60与正品S60之间的差异及潜在的安全隐患，并于同一时间向有权机关进行了报案。近日，北京市通州区市场监督管理局就由曹某经营的北京泽文时代影视器材有限公司（变更后名：北京已凡影视器材有限公司）销售假冒ARRI影视灯具一事作出了行政处罚决定【  京通市监工罚（2020）55号】，认定其行为构成《中华人民共和国商标法》下侵犯注册商标专用权之行为。借此机会ARRI再一次提醒广大客户及用户，假冒S60的外观与正品S60相似度惊人，因此请您在选购及租用SkyPanel系列产品时务必小心谨慎。如果您自己无法确定产品的真伪，您可以在对产品进行多个角度的拍摄后，将照片通过微信平台上传至我们询问，并留下您的有效联系方式。

A number of leads received as part of ARRI’s brand protection work are in relation to counterfeit SkyPanel noticed on sets. ARRI China made an Official Statement with regard to this issue via WeChat on July 2019. ARRI emphasized the differences between a genuine S60 and a counterfeit S60 as well as potential safety hazards that might cause when using a counterfeit. Meanwhile, we have also reported the case to relevant authorities and Beijing Tong Zhou District Marketing Supervision Administration has issued its punishment decision against Beijing Ze Wen Shi Dai Filming Equipment Co.,Ltd ( later changed name into Beijing Yi Fan Filming Equipment Co., Ltd ) operated by Mr. CAO. The Administration has found Beijing Yi Fan Filming Equipment Co. Ltd. in violation of selling goods which infringe on exclusive use of registered trademarks of the Trademark Law of the PRC. ARRI would like to take this chance to remind all customers and end-users, the similarity between a genuine S60 and a counterfeit S60 is surprisingly high, please be extra cautious before you make a purchase or rental decision. If you have trouble in determining the authenticity, you may take pictures from different angles of the product and send the pictures to us via WeChat, along with your valid contact information.
